Terms of Service

This is a free test project, not a registered company or a commercial service. It is operated by an individual — Aquila Heman Senanayake Mudiyanselage — not by "AQClouds" or any registered business entity. These terms describe what that means for you as a user.

1. What This Is

Mastermind Panel is a personal, invite-and-signup test project: a tool that sends your decision or question to several AI models (via OpenRouter) configured with different "advisor" personas, and returns their combined analysis. It is currently free to use. It is not a licensed advisory service, and nothing about the "roles" (e.g. "Legal Advisor," "Risk Auditor") implies a real licensed professional reviewed your case — every response is generated by an AI language model.

2. Not Professional Advice

Nothing Mastermind Panel produces is legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice, regardless of how it is phrased or which "role" produced it. AI models can be confidently wrong, miss context, misread your documents, or state incorrect information as fact. Always verify anything important with a qualified, licensed professional before acting on it — especially for legal, financial, medical, or safety-related decisions.

3. Provided As-Is, No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind — no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features can change, break, or be removed at any time without notice, since this is an actively developed test project.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service — including decisions made based on its output. Because the service is provided free of charge, and to the extent liability cannot be excluded entirely, total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service (currently $0).

5. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and any document, business detail, or personal information you choose to enter or upload. Don't upload anything you aren't comfortable being processed by third-party AI providers (see the Privacy Policy) — including government ID numbers, payment/account credentials, or other highly sensitive material. Use the service only for lawful purposes.

6. Free and Pro Access

The Free tier is open to anyone who signs up and is subject to usage limits (advisors per meeting, rounds, meetings per month, document uploads) shown in the app, which may change at any time. Pro access is currently invite-only and granted manually, at no charge, while this remains a test project. If paid plans are introduced in the future, these terms will be updated and you'll be notified with a chance to review the new terms before any charge applies.

7. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Models

Responses are generated by third-party AI models accessed through OpenRouter (which may include models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others). Their availability, pricing, and behavior can change outside our control, and an update to any underlying model may change the quality or content of responses without warning.

8. Acceptable Use

Don't use Mastermind Panel to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harass, defraud, or harm others, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

9. Termination

Access can be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, including if usage limits are abused or the service is discontinued. You can stop using the service and ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the project develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before pursuing formal legal action, please contact the operator directly — as a free test project run by one person, most concerns can be resolved by just asking.
